feedback on Vadim

I just had my first live experience with Vadim and he gets my certification of satisfaction for sure. He is a good hour from me, but it looks like I will be getting my future Benzes from him. Straight up dude. His sales manager was also cool. No games at all. I'm at least glad he moved to MBLN, or he would really be far from me.
By the way, the purpose of the visit was for another member, and I'll leave him to let that thunder out. I just wanted to give Vadim a shout out!!

I was just pumped to learn how to say his name.

For years, I was calling him Vay-Dim in my mind. Then I called him and he answers...."This is Vuh-DEEM"

Anyone who can put up with my non-stop questions about mods earns my business. You're the best!!

OMG that is so damn funny. I tease him about the way he says his name...Vuh-DEEM.

Not only can he sell cars, but the man knows his stuff when it comes to our cars.

Vadim is the man!

That's the problem with the American english language. We don't pronounce things as they are seen. Our vowels have 2 different sounds.

It would easier if it spelled Vadeem. In russian "i" is pronounced like an english "ee".

I live around 40 miles from his place (2 or 3 dealerships closer than his), but I take my car there. I feel very comfortable with him; a stand up guy. It is hard to find someone that has more thorough knowledge of our cars; he seems passionate about AMGs.

He actually "test drove" my car a while back. I don't know if it was him, or the sensation of being in the passenger seat (no control), but, it is quite a rush riding in the passenger seat of an E55 when it is let loose.

Mark.

Thumbs up

I MUST SAY, I GIVE VADIM
1 FOR PROFESSIONALISM
2 FOR HONESTY
3 FOR KNOWLEDGE
4 HAVE I SAID PROFESSIONALISM

Thanks again Vadim. I love the car
I'll be in touch about the windshield.

I have yet to post about the situation, so I might as well announce the issue in this thread. I found some minor, yet potentially terrible cracks in the windshield of the E55 I had recently purchased through Vadim. I let him know about the cracks and after I had sent a few pics of the cracks, there were no more questions asked. Vadim (and/or the dealership) agreed to replace the windshield. Though it has yet to be replaced, I know I am in good hands!

Thanks for the introduction to the SA. She was nice and very knowledgeable about the car and the various service campaigns. I'm not sure what the hell you guys did to my car (I know that it had a couple of fault codes), but the car is now stronger than when I took it in.

Sorry, I missed you, it was my rare half-day off.

I am glad Christmas took care of you. (Yes, it is her real name.)

Enjoy the car and let me know what else I can do for you.

Thanks,
