Chip Repair Advice
Owners: have a small chip on top of my hood and side panel from 'road projectiles' here in MI. Has anyone used the 'DrColorChip' system? I need tips on the best way to repair these depressing blems in my Beast. Thanks, Joker

I've never done any chip repairs myself, but the dealer detail shop did a pretty good job on the few I had. They use what they call a "flow gun".
Another thing I have read on these forums is that the touch-up paint MB sells is pretty tricky to apply. One guy said that if you choose that route, to use a paper match to dab it on rather than the brush you get with the kit.
Another possibility is to ask a good body shop, and maybe just have them do it; there is one here that is really excellent. Although I've never had my Benz there for anything, from past experience, I would trust their judgement.
