Ray's Wheels?
I'm shopping for wheels and are seriously considering the new HRE 597r (Charcoal with polished outer) 19x9 and 19x10.5.
On my Skyline I had 19x10.5 Nismo LMGT4's (made by Rays and really liked them. They were light and well made monoblock.
Has anyone had Rays wheels made for there E55? How do you think these would look on an E55? (from my R34 Nur)

I Brought the Skyline new and had it tuned by 'Mines' before shipping to NZ. It was 1 of 250 final edition R34's. Had a big spec sheet. Had approx. 700hp at the crank - 0-100k in 3.7sec - 80 -120k in 1.44 sec. Stayed with HKS 2530's for good driveability.
I sold it recently and I'm now building up a 1970 Cuda Convertible with a Procharged Keith Black 588ci.

Those wide spokes will cover too much of the AMG caliper...you KNOW you want those 597R's !!! Pro Charger Hemi ought to be a wild *** ride.....question for the audience..I'm kind of lost on these Skylines...can they be sold or licensed in the states ?? My son loves those cars !!! I don't even know what they are !

Thanks for the comments, the Skyline was an awesome car. The GTR especially gets a huge following down here in Australasia. Vader, you said it 'my son really loves those cars'. I'm 46 and I hated been labelled a 'boyracer' when I drove it...lol. A company called 'Motorex' imported a fewto the US but no more..see this link.

The Cuda will suit me fine as my new weekend toy. Hope to have it on the road mid 2007.
And yes Vader the 597r's are growing on me. I quite like the SL65 wheel as well.

Rays makes wheels for the luxury market now.
Look around on their website :http://rayswheels.co.jp/
Simply amazing GT-R, btw. I'm doing a build on my R33 (Motorex imported to the USA), though the budget won't allow the Mine's treatment like yours.

I think I just lost a ******** looking at that GT-R. Truly amazing, clean, well done car. Who'd you sell it to so I can go drop a gram of thallium in their coffee?
