I just called MBUSA yesterday for this reason. From your VIN they can read off to you exactly what options, or packages, were ordered with your car. Also, you can mail/fax them a written request for a copy of your window sticker or dealer invoice; I asked them for both.
You have to prove that are the current owner, so I faxed the dealer invoice as the 2nd page. The guy said we can send anything that shows both our name and the VIN. Fax number is: 201-476-6213. Also, he said that unless we request that they fax these back to us, they will mail them.
