i have been reading this tread and i most thank you guys for all the info. about this item, i most say this place direct sales & design is rather difficult to get in touch with, i have called 3 times and left messages and no luck. if this is the way they take care of the phone calls i do not even want to know how they would respond in the event of something is wrong with any of their products they sell. i need to look for some other source that is willing to at least answer and return calls. Just my two cents!
