Airmatic suspension II

I'm just wondering if I can keep the Airmatic suspension in sport mode II at all time? Even when I'm curising slowly in town? I just had the both front hydrulic replaced so I'm kinda worried. Thanks.

I don't see why not. Excuse me if i'm wrong, but doesn't it make your handling stiffer? I always driving in Sports II, the feel of the ride is a bit rougher than Comfort mode, but i like the sporty handling.

You definitely can. What was wrong with your shocks to get them replaced? Did you have an option of upgrading to newer ones? Know the part number they used?

Thanks for your responses. Sorry jangy, I don't have the parts number with me. I had them replaced because the dashboard displayed "Car too low stop now." I stepped out of the car and take a look, the car was SLAMMED...so I had it taken to the dealership and have the front hydrulic replaced.

Front hydraulic? I though Airmatic was gas and ADC was hydraulic? Anyhw, i've heard of such failures, so i assume they replaced like with like. the failure should have nothing to do with being in Sprot mode, although it could be aggravated by hitting harsh bumps on a frequent basis.

I drive around II most of the time, then bump to I or Comfort if the roads get bad.

I would like to know the drop between modes through. I tried to ran the engine with the window open and flip between the modes. The car stayed the same height between all the modes. Anyone has any numbers?
