Lightest 19" wheel for the E AMGs

E55 and 63ers,

I am wondering what is the lightest 19" wheel that is available on the market right now. So far i know that the BBS RS-GT 19" is the lightest as they weight only around 21lb. Is there any other 19 inchers from other brand that is lighter than the BBSs. Thanks!

Yeah, the carbon fiber would be too expensive...

I just saw online that the HRE competition series C21 is as light as 19lb.

Also, found this wheel by RAYS called the progressive ME with 112x5

19x8.5 - 21.37 lb

19x9.5 - 22.27 lb

I think they're about $780 a piece, a bit cheaper than the BBSs

Dunno whether they will work for our E55 and 63s though...

correction, the progressive ME 19" doesn't come in 112x5

only the progressive spoke, however i heard that they are discontinued by rays

19x8.5 ET35

19x9.5 ET38

Anyone knows if these wheels would fit in the E?

You will probably find a lighter one piece wheel but the HRE Comps are one of the lightest 3 piecers out there.

I have the C21's and the fronts are a little over 19 lbs and the rears are 20lbs.

I run 19x8.5 in the fronts and 19x10's in the rear and the tires are 245x35 and 275x30. I dont know the offset for sure but I think its et31 in the rear and the same in the front but I may be off on that. Here is a rear shot, its a step lip but thats their design.

As dissapointed as I am in HRE, they are a very nice rim. Light and strong, no question. as VIC55 said, you will likely need to go to a one piece for less weight than their Competition series. I am looking at CCWs now, you may wanna give them a shout.

Can anyone verify if these come for the E? I would be interested. Does anyone have contacts, etc?
