Finally pics of my beast
What up dudes, IM new to the thread and the E55 Frat. lol
Alittle about me. Well im 24yrs old currently residing in Boston, Ma. I'm a Logistians Adviser. Ive wanted an AMG ever since I seen an E55 pass me on 95 at least going 150mph about 2 years ago. I was like DAMN!!! After seeing that I worked my *** off so i could be apart of the AMG family and finally i've made it. I purchased my Beast about 2 months ago and i havent stop driving it since.
PRO's
This elegant car has a thug appeal about itself from it's four doors and three point star make you think this car is pure elegance. WRONG!!! From the 18in rims to the sporty grill and suspension set on sports 2 is just pure THUG. Taking a look at the back of this MB creations setts it off with the large quad exhaust, which let's any car on the street know not to F*** with!!!
This car is a show stopper and always craves attention. I'm not even gonna get into what lies under the hood because we all know, hell that's why we are all in this forum....lol

There nothing really bad about the car except the brake dust!!!! oh god, im a neat freak so everytime I get out i'm wiping the rim's.
This car is a definate Cop grabber. I've been pulled over 5 times and haven't recieved any tickets. Only one was for speeding neither. I'mma leave that up for you guy's to decide why I was pulled over that many times. Two cops did ask me how i could be 24 and driving a car like this.

Well Ive taking the BeaST to it's limits, beat a newer Corvette<--he started it
Did a donut in Target's parking lot over in SouthBay.
We'll brothers I finally purchased one and I couldn't be any happier. Thanks for the help and support I see in this forum. Im excited to see what the future holds.

Congrats on the car!
Now on to the insurance part...
I'm 24, no tickets or accidents and paying $3000 for the year
I got 4 other quotes which were a minimum of $200 more than what I'm paying now.

That's exactly it.. hard work and play hard. a financial adviser of mines told me,"THERES ALWAYS A WILLING AND A WAY." you set aside goals you want to reach and u achieve them. Bank's took me threw hell to get approved for this car and not because my credit nor income because both are good, but because of my age, but every obstical they placed in front of me i beat it.
As for that I have a good paying job Logistitian Advisor for DOD. What can I say, who you know..lol so to answer your question, NO i dont think it's rude I see it as a compliment!!!

oh yeah 2K6E55, i do plan on doing alittle modding in the next couple of months. Here's what I want to do
1. Change the grill to CL style
2. Flat hood AMG badge
3. lower it about another 1/2 inch
4. 19's (dont know what style)
5. smoke tail lights and side markers
6. match the city lights and fog lights with the head light(xenon)
7. rear deck lid spoiler and back window spoiler
my goal is to get K1 or K2
If you guys have any advise, im always eager to listen.. aight Brothers have a good night..

Enjoy and nice ride!!
Brake dust. You need to start using some racing pads or street/track pads and then you will see what brake dust can be. To me, the brake dust is kind of bad but not that bad at all.
I never thought that this is a cop magnet since it is a Mercedes. I think you just have a heavy foot!!
IMO, I won't do the CL style grill though. Some people like them, most don't . . . not even after putting it on.
Secondly, before any power upgrade I would advise to look over the cooling system especially the IC pump which is notorously bad for 03 and 04.

I never thought that a mecedes was a cop magnet also. I had cadillac before my s55 and was pulled over 2 times for speed. But I have been pulled over many times since getting this car couple months ago. One cop ask me the same question about my age(27) and how I could be driving a car like this( he made a coment saying it was my dad's). Don't sweat it and good luck with the car.

Not to be rude, but how can you meet and talk intelligently to clients if you can't type?
Can investments be "thug" too? Do the clients understand your jargon?
Who is Logistians? I have never heard of them?

Yeah the guy is young but a 2004 E55 can be purchased for $50k. Being young, minority and driving an expensive car gets cops undue attention all over the country. Hell, with a war in progress anyone in the Defense industry is making a killing just like many cops doing overtime making $120k a year.
