I raced Downhill for most of my 20's and many times throughout my "wrench" learning curve I installed a part wrong and ruined it. Never once did I blame the manufacturer and expect them to stand behind a product I broke.

If I had done that and boycotted each manufacturer for the break after about 2 years I would have ended up having to make my own parts

 

Sounds like you need to sell your tool box and find a qualified installer from now on.

 

Either that or learn to follow the recommended install instructions. read RennTech's warranty for details. The are not a simply manufacturer, like ASP. they are a full out tuner. Big difference.
