iPod Docking
I posted this in the S55 forum also:
To the guys with ipods in their cars:
What do you use to "dock" your ipod in your car. I bought one made by Belkin yesterday which plugs into the cigarrete lighter, but its too "flimsy"; it won't secure tight enough to stay in place.
BTW i'm using the regular auxillary input to listen to the ipod. Sounds pretty good.

I haven't had it installed but I was told that the Ipod intergration kit would have all the info displayed. Maybe they meant in the instrument cluster and not the command. I don't know.

correct, the info is displayed on two very small lines in the small dash display inside the speedo.... you can only control it via the steering wheel....
it works but it should have all the info displayed and controlled on the nav screen like how the sat radio is done...
