I have been looking at 2006 E55s for my brother. There is a black 2006 E55 on this website listed for $67K with 14K ticks. Options are fair, no keyless go. What is a reasonable offer to make to these crooks?

don't be a 'mo... my e55 2005 with 10k is up on the 'bay right now. you can walk away with it for 63k, or (more likely) wait til the auction ends and get it for 58.5k. it's a fargin' steal.

oh, it's a wagon, but that'll only put more weight over the back wheels for better traction!

black on black, all the usual stuff, plus premium, lighting/xenons, keyless go and the third-row foldaway seat in back (for the kids). i put 35% tint on the windoze so it looks really nice. there's pics of it on the sticky photo thread on the last page or so.

i know what you mean, but by the same token, when you see the wagon in amg trim it's pretty slick. frankly, i think the wagon has better lines than the sedan, but that's just me...

That's a great price!! I paid $70k for mine last February and it had the exact same spec and miles.
Good luck with the sale Fella.

Definitley listen to AMG king. This dealer absolutely screwed me on a CLK 500. It is my fault because I bought the car without an inspection and I didn't think people would lie that badly or hide flaws in photos. The car was completley mis-represented and had a lot of issues with things that I specifically asked about and they blatently lied to me. I even recieved the car with no books, records, floor mats, or an extra key though they said they had them all. I was given 2 months of false promises and lip service from them about making it right which they never did. In the end, I am lucky enough to have friends that are mechanics and body shop people who fixed the issues with the car and I sold it. The only solace is that I then found my E55. I learned a valuable lesson. Don't trust this dealer or if you have to have this car, get it inpected elsewhere!

I live in LV. I have personally never dealt with them but I do not remember hearing good things about them. As a courtesy to another fellow board member, you want me to stop by and take pics?

That would be awesome. I know that with any car the research done can overcome a bad dealer. I think they have had this car for quite a while so I expect they are are ready to deal. There are not many 06 E55s for such a price. Thanks,

Well, it appears they finally sold the car. They do have an 04 that looks like it has very good equipment and fair mileage. Any feedback on that car would be appreciated. Thanks,

I should have known that a dealership would not be opened until later in the morning. I stopped by the place after a morning site inspection that was nearby. Appearantly, the dealership hase other higher end cars in their store. From what I could tell, its in all indoor type of showroom and sales office. Doors locked early in the morning and I did not see anyone. Sorry!!!

Thanks very much for trying. Still trying to find something for my little brother and realize that it is a long shot here at LM but if you have a chance to get back by, it would be appreciated.
