I was in Hammond, IN., but they are closed for a year while the new casino is being built. So now I am looking at some Chicago park district marinas. Do U boat?

funny ...there must be a demarcation line for south vs north siders !!! I think its Irving Park rd.! South of there you go to Indiana or Michigan...north of there and we go to Wisconsin !! Yes I have a Crownline 202LPX 350Mag...I have a little A Frame up around the Dells at Castle Rock Lake where I put in !! Don't get up there often enough. I think someone is trying to get some of the Chicago crew together again this year...we should try and meet up sometime. There seems to be a good amount of Chi-towners around the site.

I'm definitely down when U guys wanna hang. I had a guy pull me over with a K2 about 6 months ago. He said that he visits the site every once and a while, and also wanted to do some Rush street cruising. I agree about the Chicago marinas, but I really enjoy my boat and don't want 2 miss a season. I try 2 go downtown every Sat. to see the fireworks, and of course the Air/Watershow is fantastic from the water! I actually saw a boat get hit by a part that flew off of a Blue Angel plane here! Make sure U PM me when the weather breaks for some cruising on/off shore.

I remember seeing that Blue Angel deal !!! You could use my little 20footer for a dinghy !!! I won't go on the big lake...you need at least 26 feet out there even close to shore !! I am jealous of you guys out there during the air show !! I sit on the point at Diversey Harbor with the kids and watch. I looked at City of Waukegan Marina and it was nice. Winthrop Harbor is supposed to be awsum. Maybe we can all get together and shave our chests like those sissy Vette guys in California !!! We should definitely tryy and meet up when the weather turns. I know ChicagoX did something at US41 for a track day and there are folks up north here who would probably do Great Lakes/Union Grove...lets see what happens. Right now we are looking at getting rain/ice snow so its hard to look that far ahead. 16 inches up at my cabin this weekend too !!!

I'm actually scared ****less ...I can't swim too good !! I got the boat for the kids !! But they get pissed when I let them out in the tube cuz I drive like a granny !!!Pretty cool little runabout though ...lets see your monster !

I've been to Chicago a few times (football games) I have to admit besides Miami, Southbeach, Chicago has the finest ladies I've ever seen!! And so kool! they all know about sports especially Baseball, couldn't believe they schooled me on a couple triva facts, great place, ala' summertime only please!

Last time we went it was 40F in the day time...BRrrrrrrrrr

Chicago is a great city...has its good and bad but best damn food in the world. I admit its getting harder to deal with this below zero **** every year older I get !!! What the hell do you California dudes eat anyway ? Pizza with friggin goat cheese and duck *** or something right ?? You guys ever come to town..I'll take you out for some real food !!! That's true Ricker, it does sway 2-3 feet in high wind! U say Brrrrrrto 40, hell that's top down weather here in Dec & Jan. Last week I think we were -20F with wind chill!

I forgot to give you guys props on the eats!! we had the deepdish pizza, oh hell son that's some good ****! Not really hitting the top restaurants when your w/the guys for football and drinking binge! but pretty much everything we had was great!

Scarry, and funny was your pigsters are NO JOKE! ****** are like 6'4" average and 240-270lbs big dudes! We were walking buy some of them after hitting the bars late night, one of the pigsters arresting some dude, sees us stop and look for a second....He belts out "What the fuc*k are you lookin' at? keep the *** movin' !! .....Lets put it this way that pigster didn't have to say it twice.

You are right on! Born and raised in Chicago, I grew up on food that no other place can compare, that I miss. It's warmer here in Knoxville and much nicer people in general.
