ECU question...
I just dropped my car off for the service due to my suspension and mainly coolant problem..(I kept getting the indicator light saying that "Coolant check level"... My guy told me that he has to hook the comp to my ecu to check the coolant problem...Would it delete my ecu program from Kleemann? (I have K2) also, if they do, how would i find out that i dont have Kleemann's ECU program? Thank you...

Just reading the ECU won't hurt anything. They will however, helpfully "flash" your ECU with the latest "updates" if any are available. Many times this is without your knowledge or consent. Sometimes even if you ask them not to. You will know that it happened when your car runs like *****.

All ok after the trip to the dealer? I too have a K2 and was just wondering. Thanks.
