yes i agree white is the color but i just love red!
good luck finding a white one. i seriously no bull ****ing got offered 80K for my car just a couple of days ago. from a friend that has bought a car from me before and he was not messin around. i told him no. im waiting for him to offer more.

Yes it's been June since I posted this originally and still have not found the "right" car....had a nice 06 but buyer decided to keep his car. Found an 05 locally but he sold it that same weekend

Anyone else have leads on white E55's?

I'm in Berkeley. Black 2005 with all the features you are looking for (KEYLESS GO, NAVI, and Panorama roof, etc) + Renntech pulley+ECU, fresh PS2 tires all round, on stock rims.

Car is super-clean. If you decide to come over to the dark side and buy black, I'll give you a killer deal. White is definitley striking for the E, especially with the panromic roof IMO. But black is not without appeal. A gleaming, freshly waxed black car on a sunny day is hard to top

thanks Skeeter but I only want a white e55 (this would be my daily) and I can't stand black cars.....in a good way sorta. I have owned 4 black cars and hate their daily upkeep. My m3 is black and it's a show car and still see swirls....

DAMN white must be a tough color to get..............

I have cash here ready to go for the right car but seems no one wants to sell theirs. Might have to resort to looking for another color such as tectite gray at this point!

I have a buddy in NY who has a slightly modded (rims, lowered, etc) white on black E55. I know he wants to get rid of it within the next couple of months, I'll let him know.

It seems like a lot of white cars are out there (13 listed on Autotrader alone?), some of which people even posted on this thread for you, but it doesn't seem that you are willing to pay what it takes to buy one of them? Why not just pay what it takes to get the car you want instead of picking another color?

tectite gray is a nice color and if i didnt have white i would of picked well white but seriously its a nice color.
do you know where adams shop in fremont is? if so ill PM you in about 2 weeks you can see my car there i might wanna sell it if i can find/afford a white CLK/BS i know a dealer that is gettin one and its not spoken for yet.

I'm sorta leaning now to a 2008 C63 instead since the price is about the same....what do you guys think?

If you're going to be driving clients around the C63 might be a bit small on the inside.

Yeah white is the hardest combo to find especially with the pano roof premium pkg2 and no rear sensors(in white the holes in the bumpers look like **** in my opinion). It took my 2 and a half years to find my car. Im in the car business over 10 years and It still took me that long and I have access to everything including auctions, internet sales, etc. Believe it or not I even checked Ebay twice a day for the past 3 years and there was only ever 4 white E55's.(an 03' pano base model with no nav, a 06 wagon loaded, a 05 with no pano and maroon lthr inserts, and finnally one 06' fully done up from a dealer asking over $80 large.)and still EVERYONE of them was sold within 2 days. In that spand of time i wound up buying 3 other cars till i finnally found my beauty. I put a true E63 spoiler and front airdam and did it up with the renntech ecu and larger crankshft thru MB. The car also came with a built in k40 and light tints. I paid up for it but if you want what you want you can't ***** out. If your considering these types of highend cars you obviuosly make good money so you might as well treat yourself. You only live once.
