New Autocross slick at Tirerack. BFGoodrich R1's
I know this raises hot hot debates, but we do know 2 things for sure. Before Rflow just topped him, the fastest E55 non-NOS in the US was Mr DJE55 running Toyo RA1 autocrossers. Then we get reports of our beloved Finny snapping bolts from hooking with Hosier Autocross slicks.
Anyone wanna be the first to give um a shot?? They come in 18's too.![naughty](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/naughty.gif)

I am not sure with this but I think this is an old tire that they no longer sell. I hear the old R1 was a great tire and that everyone liked it greatly. It was kind of replaced with the Toyo RA-1 in use and now the RA-1 is being replaced with the new R-888. The us version of the RA-1 is also now the NT-01 from Nitto and I can vouch for the RA-1 and the nitto being fantatic tires.

Unfortunately, we will have to wait for more sizes to be released. For now, only 225 40, 265 35 and 285 30 are the only 18's released so far. At 4/32", they will be good for only a few track days, and will be very intertaining in the wet if one dares to try. Will be interesting to compare performance with the Hoosiers. For double the life and debatable differences depending on driver, the new Toyo R888 or Nitto NT-01 will provide equally interesting preferences. I can't wait to try the BFG's and do some of my own testing
