Attention all 55 Kompressor Motors
Hello all,
EuroElites is proud to announce a pulley and software kit for the 55 Kompressor Motors. This kit makes 50 hp and 50 lbs of torque/+0.2BAR boost. There are no markings on the pulley to reduce dealer hassles. We are currently installing this kit for $3595.00 for local clients and shipped for $3295.00. The dyno chart is on 91 octane fuel. Thank you.
We also have a software tune for those with ASP pulleys.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have an authorized installer in Seattle but any CERTIFIED MB technician will be adequate as long as they torque the NEW BOLT to 200 NM and plus a 90 degree turn. Just like all MB pulleys.
RT pulley is 165 mm, ASP pulley is 175 mm and ours pulley is 170 mm. We didnt want it as big as the ASP pulley to minimize the charge air intake temperature. Our first generation pulley was similar to the ASP size, and beta customers couldnt shut off their supercharger, our test pilot could. So we stuck to our 170 mm pulley.
What is he diameter on it? I'm interested. You interested in a GB price?

Nice horsepower gain but for an additional $1K can't you get a K1 (Pulley/ECU) or equivilant with Renntech?
Isn't and ASP Pulley about $1,100?
Just seems like a ton of money (I get the concept of engineering/development/marketing to a fairly limited audiance) for one of these.
Looking for feedback, too (not trying to run roughshod/beat anyone up).

how much for the ASP tune?
Powerchip charges around $895 for a C32 tune with Evosport pullies.
It can't be much more?
ECU tunes for the kompressor motors really don't give you real gains. So I'm not sure why it would be more than $1k?
Let's take Vishnu Performance.
For $1300, the 3L TT setup can yield some nice gains, plus they give you a Procede module.
I know we can't compare products, but I just don't see how why AMG cars need to pay additional for the same products.

part wise, the cost should be the same. r/d is definitely different but shouldn't be that much more.
it's the mb name that yields the premium pricetag. most figure that you can afford the extra spare change

I dont really agree that a chip on a 55k does nothing for power. You wont see the gains you get for the turbo cars but it takes the same work if not more to tune a car with a specific pulley.
At least there are options out there for everyone and ever mod band account size.

ANd there are several blown up 335i's with vishnu chips so far! Several tuners will not sell that chip yet because they dont think it is long term reliable on the vehicle. If driven hard I dont think a vishnu chipped car will last very long. They do have that piggy back set up to go back stock very easliy BUT the factory can still tell if it is modded just by checking some vial engine statistics for the time where the motor realized it was toast.

If it is going to break I will be the first to find out.

Adam,
Looks like an MB box in the back ground. Is it an OEM pulley modified like the Kleeman one?

Actually, not everyone can afford the extra 1.5 k and as far as the commitment to the product, its more of a passion for modding cars to us.
What percentage of boost increase do you see?
Do you still use the stock water pump pulley? With the ASP pulley they give you a smaller one. Are you willing to sell the pulley only? What price?
how much for the ASP tune?
For E55, $950 (asp pulley)

As for the shop that wont sell ANY ecu upgrade for the car (including the Vishnu chip) I dont want to quote people but they are on this forum. People often dont like having things posted so out of respect I wont say it.
I dont post here for giving proof but I will gladly say what I have heard. I dont have an goal in saying anything bad about the equipment other than to say BMW was very lame in skipping the additional oil cooler for the automatic powered cars and its going to causes them a bit of money having to retro-fit cars to have it. New production 335i automatics now come with the added cooler so track events wont end up in a car running in limp home mode.

Were are these blown-up vishnu 335i's because nothing has been posted on any of the BMW forums. I happen to own one with an AA tune with no problems whatsoever. The car has repeatedly run in the 12.60's and 70's with dr's and a cat-back. I know people at local dealers who have yet to see a single broken motor. The common problem with them seems to be the main fuel pump.
If it is going to break I will be the first to find out.

Drag racing may be one item but road racing causes so much heat I guarantee that a Vishnu chipped 335 would either shut down due to a weak intercooling system (and or weak oil cooler) or expire due to failed turbos.
I just cringe to think that the 335i will end up like B5 S4's. Both cars were FANTASTIC but the poor turbos just cant keep up with added boost for ever. They were designed to work in a range and the chip just goes and pushes it to far.
I know Vishnu only raises boost a bit (say less than a B5 S4 APR chip) but I just fear its playing with fire.
But hey look at me I have an E55 and an SL55 that are both bone stock so clearly im a lame duck around here!

I am glad your car works well and those are some extremely quick times for a nearly stock car. It makes a used C32 totally useless IMHO. Only thing I dont like is any boosted car will end up breaking parts more quickly than a NA car.

The biggest issue is probably the oil temps if you are going to track the 335i. They at least have a safety feuture were it will go into limp mode at high oil temps similar to the supercharger shutoff on our 55's
