new factory shoes for my E55
I finally got around to installing my new SL65 19 inch wheels and tires on my E55. I bought em back in February, but with the cold and snow I didn't have much desire to put them on, plus I never use my E55 in the winter months at all. With my Challenger lift and air tools I had my new SL65 wheels on the E in less than 10 minutes. I got to say them look incredible!!!!

Nay..I've seen those wheels. They don't look any much difference then the one piece wheels excepted for the painted center. The aftermarket style with 3" lip look SO much better.

Sorry for delay guys, I was at Raceway Park watching a few follow members of this forum tear up the drag strip. Here's the ground pic's requested. BTW my suspension is stock. I am considering lowering it a little.

Very nice garage. What is the cost on a lift like that? Any maintenance costs?
What size tires are you running? Can you give us a riding comparison between your new setup and the OEM one? I've always liked those rims, but hated a few things (19s, not ideal offset to run 295s in the rear, and heavy). I assumed this would make a heavier ride feel, but have never actually tried it.

I haven't really driven the car much yet so I can't give you a fair comparison. The wheels came with Bridgestone Potenza S-O3 Pole Positions. Fronts are 235/35R/19 and the rears are 275/35R/19. My initial impression is that they are way better than the stock Conti's that come on my car, but I'm sure you already know that one
