Help questions on my E55
Does anyone know of a good extended warranty for a 2005 E55? Also when my car is in park or reversing there is vibrations coming off my brake pedal. What is the problem? Also driving the other day my air vents just stopped and no air came out turn it off and on a couple of times then it came back on? Any help guys/ Have you guys had these problems on your car?

The vibration in the brake pedal is probably your SBC pump charging(normal), as for no air coming out of the vents, the blower regulator is on its way out. There is an updated one that does not overheat and shut down.

The E55 is brake by wire. It isn't "connected" to the SBC pump. I would get it checked out as that pedal should not be providing any feedback. The engine is not the smoothest in the world, especially for a V8, so maybe you are just feling that coming through?

We have had plenty of problems, just none that make the smile come off our face from driving a beast!!

The vibration in the brake pedal is the SBC pump. Its normal....

My pedal gets the motor vibration as well...*** hate it! Vents have shut down before also,dealer will fix it.

Jangy...get in the car and press the brake pedal a few times with the car off....it charges even without the car on. You can feel and hear it with the car off.

Mercury premium coverage. Move quickly because I hear they may drop E55 coverage.

It vibrates when its in park and also when I am reversing.
