BTW, I'll give a partial trade of my "slightly used" boat. It was only on the bottom of the bay for 1/2 a day and I'm sure will be fine with some WD40 and a little elbow grease.

See the thread, I linked back to when he ORIGINALLY tried to sell the car where he had the Evo Stage 2 package installed. The new auction is purposely misleading, stating that the Evo Stage 1 that comes with the car is uninstalled and new in the box. He also doesn't make mention of the fact that he's had a blown motor from a crank issue.

I did see that he claimed he put EVO 2 package... and he did not state that in the auction. If I understand it correctly, he stated his car is stock.
Could it be possible if he took out the EVO 2 package and still has the EVO 1 package brand new and never installed?
Also, which post did he mention he blew his motor? Once again, I think if he has it fixed by reputable MB dealer (w/ or w/o new motor), he still has the right not to disclose that... unless a buyer asks that question and he lies.
I personally still cannot see where he misrepresented his auction.... other than quite an obvious immature attack on supra & M5 owner(s) in his description
I'm trying to build a case here.... but w/ what I understand right now, I don't see it strong enough to say he's trying to rip someone off....
