Cold Hard Start Issue, update
So, I've had the problem that others have had with a cold hard start. I have keyless go (that's unrelated but I thought I'd include it), and when the car is very cold from sitting all night or something. Then I press the button to start, it will turn over and over until it times out. Then I press it again, and it fires right up.
Now, this really only happens when I have a 1/2 tank or less. My dealer Service Advisor says it's likely the fuel pump. Does this sound right to you all?
I'm guessing that b/c it mainly happens with a less than half full tank of gas that it's a pressure thing...? Anyone have anything else I should have them evaluate?

It's just a WAG, but it sounds like your fuel pump isn't priming immediately. 
It could be a faulty regulator not keeping the pressure up, too.
If you hit the schrader valve on the fuel line when the car has sat overnight, does a squirt of fuel come out?

When I took mine in for this I was told there is a check valve that could get worn or damaged duue to the alcohol in fuels ...I was fine all last summer after the fix...it did it again once a couple weeks ago.,..if it happens again it will go back in.
