EOM e500 rims on e63?
Ok, I'll admit I haven't done a bit of research on this, but I was just wondering- would it make sense to use my OEM 17" wheels (still gathering dust in the garage) from my 2003 e500 as the home for a set of DRs? Would they even fit?
If anyone has any input on this, I'd appreciate it!

You can try a test fit, but te brake calipers are the issue. I know that CCW made a custom set for someone back in the day and the big challenge was clearing the calipers. It can be done on a 17, but I don't know that an OEM 17 would do it. Also, that OEM 17 is probably not wide enough to put some good patch on. I would recommend a second set as well.

we have done the E55 Brake conversion on a standard E500 and unfortunatally those OE wheels do not clear the brakes. The calipers are far to big.
shoot me a PM if there is anythign else i can help you with and also if you want some quotes for wheels
