Any way from there we can meet at Jones beach but i think a better idea would be to go straight to captree. The problem with the spot that Sleeper is talking about is that it's small and if folks don't get there early enuff b4 it fills to capacity they will be turned away and that will create a big mess. I say cruise by Jones Beach looking for folks but head straight out to Captree.
any thoughts?

So if anyone in the five boroughs want to meet on the side of Sunrise HWy by the Beltpkwy Ease Sunrise HWY Exit we should meet there between 7:30 and 8:15am. I prefer to leave and head out to Captree at 7:30 but you know cats after a Sat Nite

It's gotta be earlier Jidex,that's kinda late. 
Those that live in Queens and LI don't want to come all the way to Bklyn then head back and go east to head out to LI again. If guys from Bklyn wanna meet at floyd bennet at 7, 7:30pm and then head out to LI I have no problem with that. That only wrks for me because i'll be in Bklyn Sat night Sun morning. Another option if the cops are a concern is to meet at the Sunrise Hwy exit off of the Beltpkwy East and hang out on the Conduit. We have gathered and met there quite a few times just b4 heading out to Captree. That would be on the East bound side of the Conduit which turns into Sunrise HWY.

That's this Sunday, correct? I'm sure to say going to miss the caravan to Captree, so I will see you guys there. Getting there is not a problem, the biggest question is which car should I bring...... so many damn choices.

I'd recommend bringing a car that can keep up with me in my tuned CL600. Unfortunately, the M6 or the E55 won't cut it. You might have to bring one of your race cars.

Nice, I know first hand the M6 won't do it because it only has 400 miles on the clock. 
If I take out the race cars, that would be too much trouble since they reside in Montville, NJ. 
What have you done to the CL? Maybe I should go to a Lotus dealer today and pick up one of em Exige's.

I'm guessing he quoted those numbers from RENNTech's site, and if I'm correct, he is making low to mid 500s whp and high 500s to low 600s wtq, which is very impressive for only an ECU flash. I gotta get myself one of them twin-turb V-12s.

Yes, you're correct. I did quote my numbers (crank HP) from Renntech and from others who did the same upgrade on the CL600TT. I believe the car makes 525RWHP; this is the number that some of the guys were getting who dynoed the same car with same ECU upgrade. The car comes stock with almost 500hp. I did notice a monster difference in power after the upgrade, and this is why I never bothered dynoing the car. I do believe Renntech's quoted number of 625 crank HP.
I'm hearing that it might rain all weekend. If this is the case, then I'll probably wait for a different Sunday.

I have an SL 500 just put on Kleeman S/C and some other stuff ,exhaust etc ,now Im lookin for more mods and power used to be a muscle car guy years ago ,now I like Euro stuff, was gonna go down to Captree but didnt think Id be welcomed over there with all the vintage american muscle car guys .
