Smile New owner of E63

I just purchased a used E63 with 6000miles. I need an advice on finding OEM part.
I need driver's side Sun Visor(the mirror cracked ). Does anyone know where to buy besides the dealer? Which ECU upgrade is good for E63? Any recommendations on any upgrades on E63?

This place is pretty good with parts, but it seems that they don't have many for the E63-yet.

For upgrades check out http://renntechmercedes.com or http://evosport.com

could not find anything at http://catalog.worldpac.com.
Any other sites?
I asked the dealer and it costs about $360 for parts and $120 for labor.
Do you think that I can find better price than the dealer?

My guess is that if the leather was partially unstiched or the visor developed another "problem", it should be covered under warranty. Kind of ridiculous that they wouldn't cover a broken sun visor. You may need to build a relationship with a more helpful SA at the dealership.

It sucks that the dealer won't cover it under warranty
