They put the wrong tires on my car.
I bought a new set of Michelin Pilot Sport 2's for my E55 from out local Big-O tire shop. They match TireRack's price. I had a little surprise when I got home last night and checked my new tires. My reciept says "Pilot Sport 2", but the tires are just plain Pilot Sport's. The tread pattern is different, they are not as highly rated and they are a little cheaper than what I paid for.
What would you do?

I was anticipating a problem before I called them this morning, but without any prompting the manager has ordered the proper tires and will have them on the car tomorrow. No arguments at all. He never even suggested that I keep these tires on my car, just an apology. Great service. I'll keep buying my tires there.
