What are the primary mechanical differences between E55 and E63??
I am aware of the obvious differences such as the 6.3 NA motor, 7 speed transmission, suspension upgrades over the pre-2005 (steering rack, shocks and lower control arms) and the exterior cosmetic updates.
Are there any other upgrades/changes? Brakes? ESP/Stability control program?
I read a test report on the E63 on how they were able to slide the car around corners with the ESP off. I can't slide my E55 around corners at all without the ESP coming back on even after switching it off. Is there a way of increasing the threshold prior to ESP automatically intervening?
Thanks
Tony
