Exclamation The Definition of STEALERSHIP

Check out this guy who gets an outrageous estimate from his Mercedes STEALERSHIP to fix a simple problem and confronts his S.A. on hidden camera. This is classic.

$6500.00 rock

typical,my dealer wanted $800.00 to put in 2 batteries that were good,I have my own repair shop but the car is still under warranty, and I knew the alternator was bad, after I confronted them with my voltage test info and some other facts about voltage drop on batteries was good, and a TSB about the alternator out of customer satisfaction the batteries were mysteriously warrantied along with the alternator, people who dont have a clue get reamed at these dealerships,my bill would have been over $2000.00.Wound up being 0 ,I was just wondering though after they remove the rock that was stuck, and get the $6500.00 who gets that money, cause there's alot to go around,or do they simply do the needless repair and then sell the window assembly on ebay ?or worse put it back on the shelf.
