Looks even better clean.
Sorry to hear that. I would rather buy a right color door from the salvage yards than have a repaired or new door.
If it's that bad, I hope they're replacing the door and not skinning it. Make sure you get them to install the sound damping panels inside, they don't come on a new door, and most shops forget. You can knock on the door with your knuckles to test.
