im trying to unlock my euro command BE7039,
does the car have to be in accessory or running? having trouble accessing the menu thru mute-end call-serv....anyone please help!

anyone please help? the deck currently plays mp3's no problem, but i cant get into the engineering menu? can someone clarify or explain in detail how to do it? im currently using key in position 2, mute, end call, serv button but no response....its killing me b/c it shouldnt be this hard right?

anyone experience not being able to get into the engineering menu? are there some BE7039's that are locked? I tested a buddies and it goes into engineering mode as well as my u.s. deck. please help!

another buddy got one as well & could not get into the engineering menu, but access to the star diagnos, he was able to prgram dvd n motion and mp3 enabled from there....any other suggestions?
