Rocket. How long have you have yours installed? Did you noticed a big differences? Would you recommend this setup?

This is on the SL 65. The SL 65 has one stock heat exchanger; with a total of 2 with the RT secondary heat exchanger installed. Sorry if i caused a confusion, just wanted to show the picture of the secondary heat exchanger installed.

Thanks buddy. Actually, we installed the Renntech intercooler setup on the SL 65. That's why the pump is on the driver's side instead.

i have had it for 4 months or so? i would recomend this right after pully upgrade! i dont notice a difference but on 3 back to back pulls on the dyno i only lost 8hp and before the kit i think it was something like 40hp dont quote me on the 40 cuzz i dont remember but it was a huge difference. also at the track i hot laped it 3or 4 times with no wait at all and ran almost the same times. so it does work thats for sure.

I don't have the cooling upgrade on my R/T Stage 5 and I did lose 40 hp on my back to back dyno pulls.

Great info. This is the reason why I decided to get an upgraded cooling kit. I think regardless if it is Renntech or Evosport, the additional cooling kit is needed for hot weather or modded cars - to maintain the horsepower that the engine is making and not lose it all to heat soak.

Yes, that's right. Heat is the number one enemy for the M113 Kompressor Engines. Soon you guys can thank Victor for his 'SLR styled' top mount intercoolers.

I have no cooling kit, but I've always maintained power during back to back runs. One time I actually gained a little.

Id still like to get a cooling upgrade though, just to be on the safe side.

I thought the SL55/65 have the secondary heat exchanger as per the W220?

Also does RT split the circuit as per Evo ? I would go split circuit ...

What pump does Rt use - looks pretty robust ?

RENNtech cooling kit huh? With the scorching heat we have here, i would love one of those. I had no idea RENNtech had that.
