HELP PLEASE! How to reset ESP light?

Hi guys, On my 2003 E55 the screen on the cluster says "1 Malfunction, ESP not working , look at owners manual." I did not drive hard or anything or even push the ESP button. I remember reading somewhere to reset the ESP was in the owners manual. Unfortunately I don't have one. Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance for the help!

That sounds like something is wrong with the car or the car thinks something is wrong. I take great pleasure in making the ESP light come on at every reasonable opportunity and turn the system "off" whenever I want to shake my *** a little. Never had that message and wouldn't think that its something you can reset. If it ever quits raining here at the office, I'll check my manual for you.

i dont think there is a way to reset the esp warning. had the same problem awhile back. It turns out to be the steering wheels angle sensor.

Checked the manual and didn't see anything that would help.
