can e63 rotors be turned around...

can e63 rotors be turned around...
like my old 55 all rotors point in the same direction so since the fronts on the 63 are bolted to the hat can you simply just unbolt the wrong side and flip it?

If I am understanding you correctly, no you can not. I think they are actually the same part numer on both sides and the veins aren't unidirectional. I thought they were basically flat, though?
