Intercooler Schematics....
Can anyone assist me in finding the intercooler schematics for my car similar to this for the 55. Actually I need one for my CL600 and one for a CL65, thanks if anyone can help.

lets get a price quote for the 65 series intercooler so we can all gag. Could someone please post the procedure to refill the intercooler circuit to ensure that it is bubble free as the schematic states? Talk about a sneaky mod, Jason....that would be reaaaal sneaky....haha. I'll have to up my N20 shot to 100hp to keep up.

Mmmmmm! I always thought the 600 and 65 had front mounted air to air intercoolers with airducts in the bumpers. Interesting!
Is this system also separate from the engine coolant system, because it looks like it which is good?

wow...that procedure looks like an agonizing PITA. I'm glad that one of my good friends is a MB tech that I could ask if they actually bleed the air from the system that way. When my car was still under the factory warranty they had to replace the IC pump....wonder if they followed that procedure?

The schematic shown in post 1 is not a representation of my '06 55...
Firstly my rad has the inlet and outlet on the left, and also my fluid reservioir is on the right of the motor not the left. Maybe its a LHD v RHD thing.
