Used E55, high mileage? psh..
Okay, need some advice from E55 owners... at what mileage will the supercharger need work/replaced? I have researched and found all different information, but most of the ones I looked at had mods on it that might affect the longevity.
Also, the MB warranty should cover most of this work, assuming you still have it at the high mileage, no?

We need more details. Are you only concerned of the SC? The only mileage trend I've seen is the tranny going after high miles or mods. There are fixes for it. I do not know of any that have the SC go bad. It is a simple screw, no?
Also, what are you intending for the car? If it is to be a DD, then get a warranty just for electrical issues. If you plan to mod the crap out of it, then have at it.
