Dude, Marcs S4 is no joke. The thing weighs nothing. Like 2500lbs i think. Well the blue one at least.
S4's either upgrade to K04's off a RS4, RS6 turbo's, or the big boys run GT25 or GT28's.

Since you posted it,I will PM you when I get back from vaca to set up a run.A bunch of us on this board go to O.B.I out on the Island,you can join us&we can run then.There are 600's,750's,1000's,Harley's,John Deere tractors,Huffy bicycles etc that you can pick from to race.
I love street racing&love to get it on with other people like yourself who share a similiar passion.Unfortunately my car is bone stock and will remain that way for some time so it wont be much of a challenge for your 8,9 or 10 sec stock turbo Audi or whatever it is.
You can run my 63,we can even video you killing it & post it for the world to see.All I ask is that you race one of my personal bikes in return&video that as well to see that 90% of the highly modified car's have no chance against a similliarly track-prepped bike with an able rider.

Yep. Is there a more perfect car to gut? It's different, AWD, and EXTREMELY cheap. They can be bought at Manheim for $6K to $7K these days. You can gut it out, sell all the parts, and be left with a RUNNING S4 for ZERO dollars. It's a no brainer. My car has practically become disposable. I could part it out tomorrow and actually make money.

Seems when I have run them the clutch can cause probs?
I think you guys should do a an ET race at a drag strip on the bike and in the 63!
ET racing is fun and it really comes down as do most to who gets the best RT and 60ft. That S4 would need some real nice shifting to reel in the 63. I broke my gas pedal in a similar race vs a highly modded S4 in terrible conditions. Car was likely as fast as yours as it ran a 11.9@120 in a 5400 ft DA!! One race he missed 1st which would be similar to a "head start" LOL. He lost but once the S4 gets moving BUH BYE. The bike , well jeez....seems like thats where the S4 driver would be at a HUGE disadvantage

My clutch is fine. I'm running a stock/ceramic hybrid disc with an OEM RS4 pressure plate. I just made a couple shakedown passes last week and ran 10.76@131.6. DA was around 3000-3500ft.

I posted my bike was stock wheelbase,never said it was 100% stock.

2006 C280 4MATIC, 2006 Suzuki GSX-R1000 race bike
hello everyone, my name is anthony, i am a friend of oldgixxer's.
i am the one with the 06 gixxer 1000 that will race marc and his s4 in whatever type of race he wants. dead stop drag? cool. roll-on? sure, no problem. twisty roads? now we're talking!
the bike is close to stock, the only mods to the bike being stainless steel braided brake lines, bridgestone bt-002 dot race tires, and a puig windscreen. in terms of hp and acceleration, the bike is completely stock, even down to the factory exhaust system.
so pm me and let me know when and where, or post it up, either way.

It was a pleasure meeting some of the board members.
EvilllEmpirE, enzom, and AMGRider, it was a pleasure to check out your cars and talk with you guys. You're all very knowledgable and just cool people overall. The cars were awesome. You're buddies were cool dudes too and they had some pretty hot cars as well. Did any races go down after I left or you guys just bounced?

You need to come out to the rental at MIR in Oct, Blackbenz is organizing the event.
Gixxer if you are ever in south Florida with your bikes we can set something up, with a camaro or mustang.

There shoul dbe a few other stage 3 S4's there but none of them stripped. My friend with a modded B5 RS4 will probably come too

You should at least remove the subwoofers and spare tire. If you gut your car like Marc did then it won't be a Mercedes anymore. I'm more impressed with a fast luxury sedan than a quick-as-lightning racecar.

I happened to be driving by so I pulled into the parking lot. Last night was the craziest night i've ever seen there. Fast N Furious scene in reality!

We were all the way at the end, there were MB's, Audis, Porsches, and plenty of Bimmers. Yeah, it was pretty sick dude. I can't wait to go back.
