After doing some hard runs on my car and coming to a stop, my car will rattle and vibrate when I start off from a stop. At first I thought it was the eisenmann race exhaust rubbing against the body when it heats up.

But today it turned into almost a grinding noise. It goes away after I let the car cool off for a bit. Any ideas what it could be? Only does it when the car has been pushed hard. Could it be the torque moved something so that it's rubbing?

Are u sure its not just the heat shield under the car expanding and heating up? It almost sounds like a mini popping sound?
