Question MB pump info... in german

Hello all, just sharing info i came appon,

Here is a list of pumps by MB.

The third one is the type of pump I have.Way to find out is to go under right front side of the car, under the fog lamp. unscrew the screws down there and look at the pump part number.

I asked dealer and According to them all 06 models are equiped witht the third one in the attchment.

This is suposed to be the revised pump from MB. can any one confirm this?

seems to me.. that the new revised pumps work very good..

but for the price of the johnson pump.. its probably best to upgrade.

yeah thanks thats exactly how it looks like.. but mine is in germen

I think this can help people who are unsure of the type of pump they have.
If you have the first one I believe you need to get it changed, Last one is the revised pump.

Part number should be on the pump, if you go under the right corner of the car and unscrew the screws, you should be able to see the pump.

Hope this helps some peeps who were unsure like me .

P.S Jangy do you have the stock pump or have you changed yours? also if its stock have you had any problems with it?
thanks
