Jerky torque converter

I just noticed that my tranny jerks a little just before coming to a stop or if I apply gentle pressure to the brakes and let the car creep forward at idle in DRIVE, basically normal stop-start city traffic. It is definitely not the brakes gripping unevenly, as it does not happen when I put it in NEUTRAL and repeat the exercise on a gentle slope.
The car has done 27K miles in 2.5 years, including 12 circuit track events with a lot of MANUAL gear changes and WOT driving.
Could my torque converter be showing signs of premature wear?
Has anyone had similar experience?

I've seen more and more of that, lately. Typically, the cars have about 40K miles on them when it happens, but hey this is Rafal. Good time to upgrade to the triple disk setup.

i had the same problem...

they replaced my transmission and torque converter in August.

The problem is not as bad as before, but I still feel the torque converter kick when slowing down.... as it grabs a lower gear and holds it and releases it as I slow down without using my brakes.

its better if you drive in C mode in traffic..

S mode is problem the problem...

if it continues.. I'm taking it back to the dealer.
