odometer question.

2005 E55 AMG, 2005 E46 M3 ZCP
odometer question.
hey guys. just wanted to say hi. i just picked up an 2005 E55AMG. fully loaded. nav. panorama roof, etc.
its a sweet car. the power is intoxicating.
i came off a B5 Stage3+S4 and my other cars an 2005 BMW M3 ZCP but i needed something bigger and (4doors) for work mostly. anyhow.. looking forward to learning more about my car here.
anyhow, enough about me.. my question is that a friend of mine with an 04 and i compared cars. identical exterior, and interior except for one thing. my odometer goes up to 200 and his only 160. can someone tell me why that is and which cars got which odometer?

When you say ''go up to'' do you mean thats the visual limit on the odo, or do you mean thats the speed the car maxes out on?
All mercs are limited at 260kph (150ml)
Limit can be increase by delimiting the car
2 options
amg package
or ECU tune by a moding company.
Um also maybe if i recall right, some of the first ver 55ks that came out had a different odo
