One of Scottsdale's finest saddled me with a ticket while driving home last night. Fortunately, an evening at the defensive driving school will take care of this one. To help prevent this from happening again I have decided to go the V-1, Blinder M40 route. Does anyone have a shop that they highly recommend for the M40 installation. I am also looking to have the V-1 hardwired.

did you get a laser ticket? i don't even think they use laser enough out here to warrant the cost of the m40...at least my v1 has never detected police laser.

The ticket was radar. My V-1 was in my other car. I ordered one for the E-55 after getting home. The cop was in an unmarked green Chrysler/Dodge car with no external lights. I have seen the motorcycle guys on Via Linda with laser just west of Ancala. The M40 may be overkill but it give me peace of mind against future possible encounters.
