TPMS accuracy?

How accurate are the TPMS readings? I show a 3psi difference between the TPMS reading and my gauge. TPMS reads consistantly lower than the gauge. Which one do I trust?

Trust your hand held gauge...the tpms is off in my 07 Carrera S by about 2-3 lbs.

My TPMS is very accurate. I check it against a digital gauge . It is dead on.

Thanks. Looks like a definite maybe on this one. I'll try to borrow a few other gauges and see what they indicate.

I had a slow leak in my tire, TPS would alarm every morning, replaced all the tires and filled with nitrogen, no more leak, no more alarm. The TPS pressure is 100% dead on, my hand held gauge is high quality and agrees with TPS over a range of 18-45 PSI.
