Needs different grille, hood/fenders/headlights remain the same. A couple of guys have done this on their non-amg w211's if you do a search...

It fits, we had a mini meet in the OC on Saturday and somebody with an E55 had the 63 front on it. I wanted to ask some questions but couldnt find the owner anywhere
