Drag raced today Orlanod Speedworld
Only one run.... It was PACKED....
I did not even heat up the tires that much, and went 12.2 @ 109mph w/1.77 60ft. BFG's

Wish I knew you were running there dude, I would have been there in a snap. Nice ET, but 109 seems kinda slow...

Im working on it.
Too many projects at once.
I did a shake down run with my 2007 GT500 w/Kenne Bell also.
Missed 4th, and ran 11.90 @ 90mph. Hows that for low trap speed

I'm up for a rental too. I keep meaning to make it out but with a 50 mile drive I hate to do it for a few runs.

lets all go sometime next month.. never go on a wednesday, always on a friday.. and bithlo.. you aint going to get more than 3 runs a night unless your the first ones to get there

They don't like renting the track all that much on Sunday which is the best day for me, but maybe during the week, like a THURSDAY.
I will call them and see what they have open a few weeks out.

thursday sounds good.. i work tues-sun, but wed, thurs, fri.. i dont have to work if i dont want to, but yes, definitely, the trapping speed is rlly low.. did you have traction the whole time u went down the track?

Perfect traction.

Might just be me, but felt stronger out of the hole, and maybe not as strong top end... I think

Does anybody know if they relax their rules when it is a rental. I'd bring my E55 wagon, but I'd love to bring my 08 Corvette too. The problem is that it is a convertible and they won't let a convertible that quick run on Wed/Fri.
I'm really curious to see which car is quicker. The Corvette has 436HP, but is significantly lighter.

Rental they are really laid back.
My fathers Convertible runs 12's, and never any issues.
I will shoot for a thursday track rental.
It will run about $212. each car you bring.
I just need to get my throttlebody back from Kenne Bell for the GT500 and I will schedule it.

Cool. Anybody in the Lake Mary area want to drive one of my cars to and from the track? Sadly, I have no way to get them both there

A few weeks from now would be best for me since Ill have my mods on by then but Ill come any rental day. My intake should be here this week, then headers, exhaust and ecu should be here in 2 weeks I think.

2 hundred somethin a car, and i get a shyt load of runs, and get to run any way i want without worrying about running out of chances to run and try too hard to make every run perfect.. but is there anyway if we can plan this for next month? or maybe january?

every time i run there.. im always very strong out of the hole, and top end seems really bad, but 212 a person, do we have to have a certain amount of cars to go? or its 212 a person doesnt matter how many we have, if its just 2 or 3 of us?
