2004 E55
Need help/suggestions for 2004 E55 Navigation Problems
I just bought a 2004 E55 and I get the following message after I insert a new "2006" navigation dvd in the trunk:

Navigation Unavailable/No DVD Inserted Mssg

Is this a player issue or software issue? What is the usual fix for this issue? Thanks in advance for your help with this. I am suppose to take it into the dealership on Monday.
