You live in a very cold place so you might need some coolant to prevent freezing. In Oz (at least in Brisbane) its never that cold.
For cold weather I have been told I need th do 50/50 mix...but cold here is -10-20C...would it be OK ???

Whatever mix prevents it from freezing is the answer.
