Is that a Corsa exhaust? Man, I'm gonna miss the V but I'm sure a nice automatic tranny E55 will do just fine to ease the pain on those long commutes in heavy traffic.

I used to have a V and loved it. Although I was a fan of my V the E55 is still the better car.

I looked at a CTS-V pretty seriously. Simply b/c I like the fact that is a 6speed... But I could not get past the cheap looking interior and Nav. system.... HORRIBLE!!! but typical with GM..

I know Benz has their issues with reliability.. But the E55 smokes the CTS-V in every way.. Then again, there is a big difference in MSRP.. Bottom line. I would rather own a 05' CPO E55, than a brand spanking new CTSV..
