Will these rims fit?
I was wondering if anyone knew if this offset would fit the e55:

neverrrrr....I hate how the w211 setup dosnt let us have nice size lips in the rear or go wider on the rear rims, but on the cls you can do by 11, or 11.5 and do a 305 tire on them...

The E is definitely a hard one for lips (thank god I am not into them, on cars anyway). I've tried and tried. Without any modifications, 9.5" fronts and 10.5" rears is the widest I'd feel safe with. You can go to a 10" front and 11" rear with AGGRESSIVE fender rolling. It still looks pretty stock, but the one I saw was ROLLED with 305s.

So is it the offset that is throwing the fit off or is it the 20x10 in the rear? I thought I have seen others on here with a 20x10 in the rear. Is the widest only 9.5? I was going to get 20x11 for the CLS. I am glad that I didn't because I just dropped it off to its new owner. Maybe I need to change my signature now....
