tensioner problems

tensioner problems
Don't call me retarded but could someone explain how to release the tensioner on the supercharger belt and the serpentine belt. I am having problems with this. Right now I have the car in pieces trying to get this damn pulley install going. Help me guys.

Its the odd looking bolt to the left of the tensioner. I don't remember the wrench size but maybe a 17mm.
When you try to turn this it will pivot the tensioner pulley away from the belt. If you can't figure it out, PM me your email and I will send you a pic.
