Hi Folks:
I've got a brand new Johnson Pump (CO 90 P5-1) still in the box. with adaptors , they bring the 38mm inlets & out lets down to 25mm / 1" . Is this worth asking $100.00 for ?
I quess my eyes were bigger than what I needed. ___PTE___

Guess the questions is...will it work on my 2005 E55?

Is this the CM90 model? And I think most people get the CM30 model...maybe because it requires less work...dunno.

Don't think I helped at all...but my two cents/questions.

Yes I'll will fit. and you are correct It is not a direct fit. It will need some minor movement for reloction. It did come from my Kleemann kit. It is 26.4 Gpm with the 1" reducers & draws only 7.5 amps .

I'm a bit confused. Is this the CM90? If so, I'll take it for sure. $100 is a sweet deal.

Johnson Pump Specs

A line of compact magnetic driven centrifugal pumps, CM10 and CM30 and the new as top of the line; CM90, which combine high flow rates with very low electric current consumption, making them ideally suited for circulating fresh water in live fish tanks, heating and cooling systems. C090 with mechanical seal and a motor is designed for continuous operation. Designed for also handling fresh water handling.
So the flow rates are the same , CM types have 2 magnets , 1 on the impeller shaft & 1 on the motor armature shaft. The magnets can slip on start up & under hi load demands. Positive is this type is very quite. Kleemann choose the direct drive CO models and rubber shock mounted it for noise isolation.
Capacity curves for CM10P7-1, CM30P7-1 and C090P5-1 Circulation pump at 20°C/68°F, water
