It's not very well optioned - no keyless go, no pano etc. Nice color and looks good. The wheels are very nice. Overall the price seems about 5K high to me.

??? You must not be familiar with the car or the previous owner.. ... because none of the options that you just mention will make the car faster. As a matter of fact they will slow your car down.. Personally I think the prior owner would have had those options removed if they came with the car..

Not to be a flamer, but I doubt that keyless go will slow it down. The pano does weigh more then a sun roof or no sun roof, but not enough to make a real difference. If that was the case then only jockey sized drivers would be fast. And I still think the price is 5k too high.

No keyless go is an issue. It is a very nice option to have. The vehicle looks really good but why do they say it is the fastest ever at the stealership? Anything to back that? Is there no CPO? The warranty will expire in about 1 year. For the same money one can get a nicely optioned 06 with better warranty coverage.

Given that the car is lightly optioned the $57K asking price is somewhat high.

For those that don't know just make a search under sleeper X, this was one of the fastes E55's in the East Coast at least in the Metro Area of NY.

It definitely put to the test the myth of "M5's run uptop" to rest. No disrespect to the M5 owners just one very unique E55 and the driver behind it. That the car is overpriced maybe yes, definitely agree. They are saying it may be the fastest since sleeper may have left a few mods in it that make it unique when compared to the stocker E55. That's all.

Yup, he probably left a few other things in there not disclosed...Don't know if he removed headers..plus it might have the ECU tune as well...that alone would explain why they think it is super fast...

That dealership is a few miles away from Atco,maybe they will let the next potential owner make a few 1/4mi test drives??

That doesn't surprise me. They haven't driven any of the Maryland area 55's. I don't know about you Frank but, I miss my 55. All good things must come to an end.
