Finally I feel I belong!
Hello!
I have been visiting the site for about a year now since I got my 06 CLS500. It was a nice car and I loved the way it looked, but it did not have enough power for me. I thought about getting a CLS55, but people at the dealership told me that they all thought the CLS body style was a fad and in time they would depreciate faster than the E. Then I started coming in the W211 section and it feels like family here. I bought a one owner 04 E55 the middle of December but in dealing with the transport company the car never got shipped. It has pretty much all the options (pano, keyless go, heated/ventilated seats,dynamic seats,solar cell in pano, sirius, and probably some more stuff I hadn't realized yet.
Finally this weekend I flew to Philly (1100 miles from me) and picked up the car. I made it home yesterday and it was a great trip. I love the beast. It is everything I that I wanted. It has the speed of my M3 but the luxurious feel of the CLS. I could not get the grin of my face every time I accelerated from 80-110 passing someone doing lane changes. I took a couple of pictures I have attached. I finally feel like I found a home. I guess I need to change my screen name now.

Hey welcome to the "family!" Actually checking the I/C fuel pump or just replacing it with a Johnson one (if MB hasn't replaced it already) would probably be a good idea.
While your @ MB next get to know your SA really well (if you haven't already) and get them to lower the car via STAR diagnostics.

Looks like the car also has Parktronic, and may even have Distronic? Do you have a small dial to the left of the shift knob? If so, then you have Distronic.
Good idea replacing the IC pump, you're in for big surprise

As a former M3/M5(E36/E39) owner and current Silver E55er, WELCOME. Jealous I didn't get the Pano roof, Not so jealous that it moves the antennae to the trunklid. Enjoy!
